The IWG Wohnbau GmbH has constructed a building with several floors and a total area of around 10,000 m² on the area of the former Alpi-Produktion, named "FMZ Hall und medzentrum" ("FMZ Hall & Medical Centre").

The ground floor of the building houses salerooms for specialist shops and a pizzeria.

The upper floors (1 - 3) contain practice and office rooms of around 50 m²+. The size of these rooms can be adjusted to suit individual needs. The upper floors can be reached by elevators and stairs which also connect the building to the underground car park. Whereby the elevators have the standard rescue dimensions.
